Whether you celebrate the day or hate the manufactured consumerism it entails, you can still use it as an annual reminder to love the most important person in your life: YOU!  To that end, here’s a special gift from my heart to yours—a carefully crafted Self-Love Playlist designed to help you reap some of the benefits of self-love simply by pressing play. 

Why a Self-Love Playlist?

There’s nothing wrong with romance, but I honestly feel like society focuses too much on finding love outside of ourselves instead of within. The truth is that self-love is a foundational aspect of our overall well-being and happiness. It influences how we navigate life, our relationships, and how we cope with challenges.

What Are The Benefits of Self-Love?

  1. What do they say on the airplane? Put your oxygen mask on first. I know it’s a cliche but it’s true! Self love is the equivalent of this for mental health. We need to take care of ourselves first so that we can be there for others!
